Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for planning, organizing and conducting effective educational programs in the areas of agriculture, natural resources, farming and traditional hunting and food gathering. The individual in this position will also be responsible for encouraging student participation to enhance developmental skills. High school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in education system-related projects is or experience serving as cultural instructor or Arts, Crafts, wood carving or similar cultural field is preferred. Ability to speak the Creek and/or Miccosukee language is highly desirable. Must demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, and communication skills. Must hav ethe ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
