About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients to identify and address their physical, emotional, and social needs
