VCA Milwaukee Emergency Center for Animals is seeking an enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our one-of-a-kind emergency practice.

Come put your passion for serving people and helping animals to work! We are looking for a compassionate, reliable individual that enjoys a fast paced environment, and values the ability to learn and grow within their role.

VCA Milwaukee Emergency Center for Animals (MECA) is a 24-hour emergency and critical care hospital that has been serving the Milwaukee community for over 10 years. The individual filling this position will serve as the face of the hospital, and is the first point of contact for all pet owners, patients and referring veterinarians.

The main functions of this position are to greet clients and their pets as they enter the hospital, answer incoming phone calls, direct all hospital communications appropriately, maintain client and patient records, handle client concerns according to established guidelines, and complete payment transactions for veterinary services.

Schedule: This is a part-time opportunity; possibility for full-time can be discussed upon interview:

  • 20 to 30 hours per week

  • Morning shift, 6:00am-4:00pm

  • Must work a minimum of two weekends per month

  • Rotating holiday schedule
