API Integration Developer
The Opportunity:
Leverage experience in full-stack software development in Broadcom API Gateway Policy Development, software applications using .NET, C#, and Java, and enterprise integration. Play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting software applications and secure API solutions within a high-availability environment. Apply expertise in Broadcom Layer 7 API Gateway policy development, along with solid programming skills in .NET/C# and Java.
You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining secure APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance with modern security standards
  • 3+ years of experience with Layer 7 Broadcom / CA API Gateway
  • Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications across IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, JBOSS, and both Linux and Windows environments
  • Experience building and supporting REST/SOAP services and full-stack applications using .NET/C#, Java, and microservice architectures
  • Ability to perform API testing, debugging, and optimization, including reducing latency, tuning throughput, and implementing caching strategies
  • Ability to collaborate with application and cross-functional teams to onboard APIs, ensure seamless gateway integration, and support SDLC workflows across multiple environments
  • Ability to integrate APIs with enterprise systems and identity platforms and COTS products
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
  • Public Trust
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management environments
  • Experience with products such as Broadcom Identity Manager, Broadcom SiteMinder, and Entrust Identity Guard
  • Experience with Single-Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and enterprise network topologies and components such as Firewalls, DNS, Load Balancers, or VIP
  • Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
