About The Current Open Role

Be a part of an exciting new program that will re-shape the world of vehicle rentals. We are looking to hire a Part-Time Vehicle Rental Agent to join Foss National Leasing to work onsite in Burnaby, BC at our Amazon warehouses.

  • Where: 98351 Fraser Reach Court, Burnaby BC, V3N 0G2
  • Job Type: Permanent Part-time 
  • Hours Of Operations: 8-12pm Mon-Sun (Schedule may vary)

 

What We're Looking For 

  • Prepare all rentals for the coming day; Vehicles parked correctly, cleaned, fuelled, cleared of snow and debris.
  • Ensure all customers can access their keys and ensure a smooth process of delivery and return by assisting with the booking system and inspections.
  • Answer any questions and hold an elevated level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Collaborate directly with vendors on recalls and regular service requirements.
  • Represent the company positively and always look for areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with DSP to ensure all rental systems are well-organized, keys are properly accounted for, and necessary services are scheduled and communicated with dealerships.

 

What You'll Bring

  • Customer service oriented.

  • Clean Driver Abstract.
  • 1 Year in customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Dealership / rental car experience preferred.
