Job Overview

We are seeking an on-site Marketing Coordinator to:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditionalchannels
• Support brand initiatives, promotions, and product marketing efforts
• Help track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Support development of visual and written brand assets
• Maintain consistent messaging across all platforms
• Support daily social media content creation, scheduling, and publishing
• Monitor engagement and assist with community interaction
• Support social advertising campaigns and performance tracking
• Research customers, competitors, and industry trends
• Assist in identifying new customer opportunities
• Support product demand and pricing insights
• Help evaluate potential new products and services
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and updates
• Track campaign activity and support reporting
• Organize marketing assets and documentation
• Assist with vendor coordination and ordering
• Proactively leverage AI to enhance marketing efficiency, content creation, and campaignperformance.

Other qualifications:

-Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

or equivalent experience in marketing

-Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools

-Adobe Creative Suite experience (Illustrator) a plus

-Shopify experience, CRM experience

-Strong communication and organization skills

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

-Creative and detail oriented mindset

-Strong collaboration skills

-Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

-Willingness to learn and adapt
