We are looking for a highly strategic Amazon Account Specialist to manage our client accounts, ensure seamless communication, and drive sales performance. If you have prior experience working directly for Amazon (such as in Seller Support, Account Management, or Brand Services), we want your insider knowledge on our team. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will leverage your deep understanding of Amazon’s metrics, policies, and algorithms to maintain flawless account health and drive client satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Account Health Management: Monitor and maintain Amazon client accounts, ensuring strict compliance with Amazon’s Terms of Service and proactively addressing Account Health Dashboard warnings.

  • Catalog & Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, upload images, and develop A+ Content to maximize conversion rates and search visibility.

  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Track sales performance, Buy Box win percentages, and traffic metrics, reporting data-driven findings to the Account Manager.

  • Issue Resolution: Provide rapid customer and account support, navigating complex internal Amazon processes to resolve suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and A-to-Z claims.

What We Are Looking For

  • The "Insider" Advantage: Prior employment directly at Amazon (e.g., Seller Support, Account Health, or e-commerce divisions) is highly preferred and will put you at the top of our list.

  • Platform Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Seller Central (and/or Vendor Central), case management, and Amazon catalog troubleshooting.

  • Core Skills: Strong, professional communication skills with the ability to explain complex Amazon policies to clients clearly.

  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot account issues and optimize sales performance.

  • Experience: Entry-level to mid-level experience in account management, with a proven track record of handling multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
