Job Title: Order Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX
Reports To: VP of Marketing
Department: Marketing
Employment Type: Part-time

Position Summary

The Order Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, processing, and tracking physician orders to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and consistent follow-up with physicians, PCP offices, and internal clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send orders to physicians for signatures and follow up on pending orders.
  • Upload signed orders and progress notes to designated platforms.
  • Contact physicians and PCP offices to obtain required information and documentation.
  • Follow up on pending or incomplete orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate important physician comments or notes to Clinical Managers and onsite teams.
  • Maintain accurate and organized order documentation.
  • Drive to physicians’ offices when needed to obtain signatures on Plans of Care.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer and EMR skills preferred.
  • Professional communication with physicians and medical staff.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
