Job Summary

Join the exciting expansion of Tacos La Villa as we open our new location in Porterville! We are seeking energetic, reliable, and hardworking Cashiers to deliver exceptional customer service in our fast-paced restaurant environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team and contribute to our mission of serving delicious food with outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with precision
  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing to answer customer questions
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, including cash register stations and customer seating areas
  • Execute proper food safety and sanitation procedures according to health department standards
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
Required Qualifications
