We're looking for a motivated, and career-driven Warehouse / Inside Sales Team Member to join our Regina team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, sales, and our industry. This role is an excellent fit for someone attending school or looking for a position that supports a healthy work-life balance while offering consistent part-time hours with the potential to move into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and service-focused manner at the parts counter.
  • Sell parts, prepare quotes, and advise customers on product options, compatibility, and companion items.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, debit, and credit; handle returns and warranty items.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
  • Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and follow all safety and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in merchandising and visual displays to enhance product presentation and accessibility.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient store, counter, warehouse, and exterior areas.
  • Stay up to date on new products, industry developments, and company promotions.

Requirements

  • Automotive knowledge or background (an asset but not required).
  • Experience in industrial, agriculture, or paint products (an asset but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset.
  • Attention to detail and strong computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
