Position Overview:

As a Delivery Driver, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for bringing joy to Amazon customers' doorsteps. You'll navigate local routes in an Amazon branded van, delivering packages with precision and efficiency. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Packages: Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers' homes and businesses while providing exceptional service
  • Route Navigation: Use Amazon's navigation technology to plan and optimize delivery routes, ensuring on-time deliveries
  • Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols, traffic laws, and Amazon's safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment
  • Package Handling: Load and unload packages from the delivery van with care, ensuring the integrity of the products
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any delivery-related inquiries
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Report any issues promptly to ensure the van's reliability
  • Documentation: Accurately record and maintain delivery logs, manifests, and other required documentation
