What You'll Do
As a Resident Assistant, you'll provide hands-on resident care under the supervision of the Resident Services Director in our Memory Care and/or Ensemble neighborhoods, helping create a warm, safe, and positive environment for our residents.
  • Greet residents and coworkers in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care
  • Maintain accurate resident service plans and document care provided
  • Communicate daily with the care team to ensure continuity of care
  • Help maintain a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors
  • Support programming and day-to-day operations of the neighborhood

What You'll Need
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related health care experience
  • Ability to pass a criminal background screening
  • Willingness to complete dementia care training (for Ensemble Program communities)
  • Ability to comply with our Drug-Free Workplace policy

Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Active CNA or NA license/certification in good standing (if applicable in your state)
  • Experience with computerized resident documentation systems
