You'll provide hands-on support in participants' homes, at community programs, and during activities that enrich daily life, helping them build skills and confidence while fostering meaningful relationships.What You'll Do / Day-to-DayA Direct Support Professional's responsibilities vary depending on participant needs. Typical duties include:Assisting with daily routines and activities, tailored to individual goals and preferencesSupporting skill-building, personal growth, and goal achievementHelping participants participate in community, educational, recreational, or social activitiesProviding a consistent, compassionate presence and building trusting relationshipsDocumenting progress and sharing updates with the teamQualificationsNo experience?
