About the Role
The Housekeeping staff at CarDon and Associates play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. This position is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Housekeeping staff will work collaboratively with other team members to uphold the reputation of CarDon and Associates as a premier living community. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are essential, as the cleanliness of the manor directly impacts the comfort and well-being of its residents. Ultimately, the housekeeping staff contribute significantly to the overall quality of life for our residents.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Assist in the organization and management of cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in cleaning management or related training.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or residential facility.
