Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Position Summary

Huntleigh USA Corporation is seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Passenger Services Agents at Huntsville International Airport (HSV).

The Passenger Services Agent is responsible for providing professional assistance to airline passengers while helping ensure a safe, efficient, and positive airport experience. This position requires excellent customer service, professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced airport environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to airline passengers.

  • Assist passengers with airport and airline service needs.

  • Provide directions and general information to passengers.

  • Assist passengers who may require additional support or accommodations.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Huntleigh USA and our airline partners.

  • Communicate effectively with passengers, airline personnel, airport staff, and management.

  • Follow all company, airline, airport, and security policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

  • Complete required documentation and other assigned duties accurately.

  • Respond appropriately to changing passenger and operational needs.

  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities that are reasonably associated with the position and assigned based on business and operational needs.
