Pacific Aviation is seeking bilingual Airline Customer Service Agents fluent in English and any of the following: Vietnamese or Thai to join our part-time team at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) in support of Cathay Pacific Airlines. This morning shift role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in international travel, value clear communication, and are passionate about helping others.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome and assist passengers through check-in, boarding, and arrival processes
  • Accurately review travel documents and issue boarding passes
  • Offer bilingual assistance to travelers with questions or concerns
  • Communicate clearly with passengers, coworkers, and airline staff
  • Help maintain a smooth flow of operations in the terminal
  • Ensure compliance with airline procedures and safety standards
  • Contribute to a team that thrives on cooperation, respect, and high-quality service

Requirements
What You Bring
  • Fluency in English and any of the following: Vietnamese or Thai
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer skills with accurate data entry
  • Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy airport environment
  • Physical ability to be on your feet and move throughout the shift
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test Schedule
  • Must be available weekends and holidays

Schedule
  • Part-Time
  • Must be available weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work a 4 to 5 hour shift - 4 to 5 days a week
  • Shifts:
  • 9AM to 1PM
  • 10PM - 2AM - $2.00 per hour additional late night shift pay once probation is successfully completed
