As an Aircraft Appearance Agent at Denver International Airport, you help prepare each aircraft for the flyers and crew members who depend on it. From clean cabins and stocked supplies to required security searches, your work helps create a safe, welcoming and ready-to-go aircraft experience.

This is an active, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in doing things right, enjoys working with a team and wants to build experience in aviation and airport operations.

What does an Aircraft Appearance Agent do?

Aircraft Appearance Agents help ensure each aircraft is clean, stocked and ready for the next flight. This is an active airport operations role where you will be on your feet, working around aircraft and helping prepare cabins for departure.

You’ll help keep aircraft ready by:

  • Cleaning aircraft cabins, lavatories, galleys, carpets, windows, tray tables and other interior areas
  • Restocking aircraft supplies, including safety cards, service items and lavatory essentials
  • Conducting required security searches according to Frontier and airport procedures
  • Operating ground equipment and vehicles on the ramp
  • Following safety, security and operational procedures
  • Working with teammates to complete aircraft turns safely and efficiently
  • The work can include bending, lifting, reaching, walking, restocking, cleaning and supporting required security procedures.
  • Because Frontier operates around the clock, this role may include overnight shifts, weekends, holidays and work in different weather conditions.

What schedule should I expect?

Frontier operates 24/7 and this role supports our airport operation during nights, weekends, holidays, and other high-demand travel periods.

  • Full-time and part-time roles available
  • Typical starting shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
  • Daytime, swing and overnight shifts may be available based on operational needs, bid availability and seniority
  • Shift differentials may apply, including $1.50 per hour for swing shifts and $3.00 per hour for overnight shifts
  • Overtime opportunities may be available
  • Scheduling needs may vary based on the operation
