Job description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Injector to join our healthcare team. The Nurse Injector will be responsible for providing aesthetic treatments, including injectables and laser therapies, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This role requires a strong background in nursing, with a focus on both clinical and aesthetic practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including primary care and trauma centers, and possess excellent communication skills to educate patients about treatment options.

Responsibilities

  • Administer injectable treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers according to established protocols.
  • Perform esthetic laser treatments while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ medical histories and current health status.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and desired outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all procedures performed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care and potential side effects.
  • Participate in discharge planning for patients receiving aesthetic procedures in a hospital setting.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and techniques.
  • Attend to weight loss and hormone replacement therapy patients
  • Have diverse procedural experiences includind facial threading, sculptra, body scultping and can do almost all the procedures in a basic medspa office.

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills in primary care, ICU, medical-surgical nursing, or similar environments.
  • Dermatology experience is plus
  • Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment protocols and safety measures.
  • Ability to maintain detailed medical records while adhering to confidentiality standards.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required and ACLS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
