Job Summary
The College of Coastal Georgia seeks qualified applicants for the part time applicant pool in the area of Public Administration. The is an applicant pool for teaching in the School of Business and Public Management during the 2026-2027 academic year. Applicants will be reviewed on an as-needed basis and hiring may occur up to the start date of the given semester.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities -
The successful candidate will teach courses in Public Administration and/or Leadership contingent to the needs of the College. Essential duties include: maintaining office hours, preparing lesson plans, lectures, and other course materials such as quizzes and exams, and submission of final grades and attendance reports.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Masters degree with eighteen hours at the graduate level in Public Administration or in related fields.
Required Experience
Experience in managing or leading within an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
-PhD or ABD in Public Administration, Public Policy or related fields.
-Online teaching experience.
-Teaching either at the collegiate level or within the context of executive training/education.
