COMPENSATION RANGE: 1,260.00 - 1,545.00 per credit hour

This pool expires 05/31/2027. Applicants wishing to remain in this pool past 05/31/2027, must reapply at that time.
Position Summary:
Candidates are sought to form a hiring pool for part-time and full-time adjunct faculty in Biological Sciences; teaching assignments may include a variety of courses in the Biological Sciences depending on the candidate's area of expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:Master's or Doctoral degree in Biological Sciences or related field is required. A commitment to high-quality instruction at the university level is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer evidence of successful college-level teaching in biology courses.

Employees at UNC receive sick leave, andother leave options may be available based on position.
