• Actively support other departments such as Financial Aid, Admissions, and Career Services.
• Ensure that all educational activity is conducted in a legal and ethical manner.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement by working within the guidelines of the Company's Faculty Development Program or other criteria as identified (such as Success Rate, Retention Rate, Student Attendance Rate, Student Evaluations of Instructor, and Final Exam Pass Rates).
• Maintain employer relationships by at least annual contacts with employers, one must be a site visit, one may be by phone conversation.

• Must be resourceful and able to problem solve.
• Must be able to work independently and cooperatively as a team.
• Must possess a positive attitude, initiative, and creativity; must be able to motivate staff.
• Must be proficient with basic office equipment, computers, and computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Require a degree, diploma, or certificate in the field taught from a postsecondary institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. DOE and two years' documented experience in the subject taught or three years of significant jobrelated, documented experience for those instructors without specific education in the field
• Prior experience teaching is preferred, as applicable.

Certifications Required:

• Certification from a recognized certification agency in the field taught must be obtained within 120 days of first day teaching class at Dorsey Schools and maintained according to the certification agency guidelines

• The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit for extended periods of time; and have sufficienthand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a phone, computer keyboard and other office equipment
• Evening or weekend hours, if necessary, to meet deadlines and meet with prospective students.
• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear.
