Make a difference every day. We're hiring Med Techs who bring compassion, patience, and heart to their work. Here, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working alongside a supportive team that values integrity, respect, and connection.
Schedule: Med Tech
  • Part-Time, Saturday - Monday, Swing Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) - Assisted Living
  • Full-Time, Sunday - Thursday Swing Shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) - Assisted Living

What You'll Do: As a Medication Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting resident health and safety. Daily responsibilities include:
  • Administering prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
  • Monitoring, documenting, and reporting changes in residents' health or behavior
  • Performing delegated tasks such as blood sugar testing or insulin administration (as assigned)
  • Maintaining proper storage and management of medications
  • Taking and recording vital signs
  • Communicating with nurses, physicians, and pharmacies to ensure continuity of care
  • Acting as a leader and point person during your shift, including responding to emergencies
  • Maintaining a clean, organized medication room and accurate documentation
  • Collaborating closely with caregivers and other team members to support resident well-being

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum age 18
  • Previous experience in a Med Tech role
  • A passion for serving seniors and making a difference every day
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Previous Med Tech experience and familiarity with EMAR systems
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand /walk up to eight hours per day
  • Must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to lift, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time.
