The Opportunity

• Up to $50K sign on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with 2-3 years of previous Hospitalist experience.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• No nights required.
• Shifts can be split between Mendocino, Howard Memorial, and Ukiah Valley.

Adventist Health Mendocino Coast - Fort Bragg, California

• 24-bed critical access hospital with a 4-bed open ICU.
• 6,000 encounters per year.
• Hospitalist handles admits; ED runs codes.
• On-site labs and imaging.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
