Position available at our Oak Meadow Elementary School located in El Dorado Hills.

Work hours are Monday through Friday - 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m./12 month position.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable School Custodian/Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain the high standards of our school district.

Position Overview

The School Custodian/Groundskeeper plays a vital role in ensuring that school facilities and grounds are well-maintained, clean, and safe for the school community. This dual-role position involves performing routine custodial duties inside school buildings as well as groundskeeping tasks outside. Your efforts will help create a conducive learning environment for students and an inviting atmosphere for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of school buildings and facilities

  • Ensure restrooms, classrooms, hallways, and common areas are sanitized and well-kept

  • Maintain school grounds, including mowing lawns and trimming bushes

  • Assist in setting up and tearing down for school events and activities
