Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group is ranked amongst the top 10 national security firms, we specialize in corporate, logistics, and retail guard services. We've expanded globally and currently seeking security customer service candidates, law enforcement, military, or corrections, professionals is a plus. Must have a valid New Mexico security license or the ability to obtain.

Positions: Part-time to Full-time positions available!

Shifts: 6am - 2:30pm, 2pm - 10:30pm & 10pm - 6:30am

Pay rate: $22.28 hr.

WORK SCHEDULES:
  • 6am - 2:30pm / 2pm - 10:30pm / 10pm - 6:30am.

DRESS CODE:

DUTIES:
  • Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification.
  • Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors, guests.
  • Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining security logs.
  • Monitoring a CCTV system.
  • Vehicle and Foot patrols of the interior and exterior.
  • Checking in authorized personnel onsite.
  • Working a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer.
  • Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skills.

TO SUCCEED AT METRO ONE:
  • Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.
  • High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
  • Ability to de-escalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.
  • Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.
  • Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have a valid New Mexico security license or the ability to attain one.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Military Preferred, with a minimum of 2 or more years of active service in any military branch with an honorable, medical, or general discharge.
  • 3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience/corporate customer service.
