Our Mission- To enhance the lives of aging adults and their families through quality care.
Part-Time Opportunities in Allison, Cedar Falls, Greene, Waverly, Waterloo and surrounding areas.

Do you want a fulfilling job that truly matters? At Home Instead, we're looking for compassionate people who want to bring comfort, dignity, support and independence to aging adults right here in our communities.
What a Care Pro Does:
Everyday looks a little different, but you'll be trusted to:
  • Provide attentive, person-centered care to aging adults
  • Assist with personal cares (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
  • Prepare meals based on dietary needs
  • Keep homes tidy and safe with light housekeeping
  • Provide respite care for loved ones of aging adults

What We're Looking For
We'd love to meet you if you:
  • Are 18 years old or older
  • Have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and updated car insurance
  • Can pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • Communicate clearly in English
  • Are willing to drive to client homes
