Job description

Lifeline Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Installer to join our team in East Dundee, Illinois. This position is responsible for completing pre-sold plumbing installations generated by our service technicians. If you're a skilled plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we'd like to hear from you!

About Lifeline:

Founded in 2010 in Elgin, Illinois, Lifeline Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was started as a husband-and-wife team. Gradually, over time, our team started to take on new members, adding only the most skilled and knowledgeable individuals in the plumbing, heating, and cooling industries. Today, our company has over 20 service trucks, all of which are equipped to handle a variety of plumbing, heating, and cooling tasks. Lifeline partners with leading HVAC and plumbing companies throughout the United States, providing the support and resources of a large national company.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and replace water heaters, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
  • Perform whole-home and partial re-pipes
  • Complete floor break and excavation projects as needed
  • Assist with plumbing-related remodeling projects
  • Perform occasional light construction work associated with plumbing installations
  • Work in both residential and commercial properties
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code

Job qualifications:

  • Illinois Licensed Plumber preferred
  • Minimum of 4+ years of plumbing experience strongly preferred
  • 3rd-Year Plumbing Apprentice at minimum, with the ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Experience with installation, excavation, and plumbing system replacements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The starting base hourly rate for this position is $35-50 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
