As an Automotive Glass Installer at Performance Collision Center, you will be responsible for removing and installing automotive glass in various vehicles, ensuring a perfect fit and finish. You will work with a skilled team and contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Remove damaged or old glass from vehicles and prepare vehicles for glass installation.
  • Install new glass using proper techniques to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior installers when needed. 
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job progress and any issues that may arise. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive glass installation or a related field is preferred. 
  • Certification in automotive glass installation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in handling various types of auto glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. 
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations related to automotive glass installation. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
