As an Admissions Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a world-class welcome from the moment they arrive. You'll lead and inspire the Admissions Team, champion exceptional customer service, and help deliver operational excellence while supporting the overall success of the attraction.
The ideal candidate is open to a flexible schedule. Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Admissions Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the Admissions Department, ensuring a safe, smooth, and efficient guest experience.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Partner with the leadership team to create and implement strategies that elevate the guest experience and exceed expectations.
  • Drive a culture of engagement, accountability, teamwork, and recognition across the department.
  • Support attraction-wide initiatives focused on guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and commercial success.
  • Motivate frontline teams to identify sales opportunities and maximize secondary spending performance.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard top talent to strengthen the guest experience team.
  • Ensure operational standards, safety procedures, presentation, and technical performance remain exceptional at all times.
  • Investigate and resolve register discrepancies while maintaining strong operational controls.
  • Train across multiple areas of the attraction and serve as a Duty Manager when required.
  • Champion company values and act as a role model for service excellence across the attraction.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. At least two years of supervisory experience in an admissions-based environment, visitor attraction or retail outlet. Maintaining the highest level of service in an efficient, professional manner. Good people management and communication skills. Motivating and inspirational. Sales and computerized till systems skills. Working on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task.
