As a Traveling Operating Room RN in Lebanon, you'll be immersed in diverse hospital practices, innovative surgical procedures, and collaborative leadership styles. Each assignment will broaden your clinical acumen while adding impressive depth to your professional resume. During your time off, enjoy hiking the scenic Santiam River trails, sampling the region's farm-to-table offerings, and exploring quaint local shops. Schedule:

  • Flexible scheduling typically available to accommodate work-life balance
Qualifications:
  • Active, unencumbered RN license (state appropriate or compact)
  • Minimum one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain before start)
  • Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures and sterile field maintenance
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scrub and circulate in a fast-paced Operating Room environment
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver safe patient care
  • Monitor patient status and advocate for best outcomes throughout the surgical process
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital policies
  • Document patient care accurately using EMR systems

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
