Position: Court Monitor

Position Summary
A Court Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons on and around jumping surfaces and foam pits. This position reports directly to the Team Leader or the Manager at Altitude Trampoline Park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Altitude Trampoline Park professionally, upholding the park’s philosophy.
  • Communicate and enforce park regulations and jumping rules in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive guest experience through our SMILES philosophy.
  • Report any potentially dangerous facility elements to the leadership team.
  • Perform patron surveillance from a designated area, using a whistle for safety protocols.
  • Remain alert and attentive at all times.
  • Record equipment inspections.
  • Complete the daily trampoline safety checklist and report any issues to the manager on duty.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.
  • Set up trampoline stations for activities such as aerobics, dodgeball, etc.
  • Handle incidents appropriately according to training.
  • Assist Park Management in communicating party activities to the community.
  • Ensure a safe and secure facility for all park guests.
  • Perform other services or duties as required by management.
