At Main Event, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials! As a Bowl Attendant, you are helpful, knowledgeable, and have high energy, so you can guide our Guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is FUN and memorable. You're an expert in ensuring the bowling experience is exceptional and using the various systems to perform your job successfully! You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

  • Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
  • Welcome and engage with all guestswhile being a FUN ambassador!
  • Promoting and recommending activities based on a Guest's needs and activity availability
  • Troubleshooting and handling lane malfunction calls
  • Issuing and cleaning bowling shoes; maintaining shoe organization
  • Escorting Guests to their lane and assisting them with their lane setup and ball selection
  • Ensuring Guests adhere to all bowling safety standards (gotta play safe!)
  • Processing payment transactions and welcoming our Guests back
  • Maintaining a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; completing side duties

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus but not required
  • Guest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)
  • Teamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business
  • Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
  • Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends
