Job description

Altitude Trampoline Park, is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our Team! Our Team Members are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park jumpers.
What You Need
-Excellent communication skills
-Reliable transportation, to and from work
-Completion of in-house safety training
-Work experience is a plus, but not required
A Typical Day
-Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
-Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guests
-Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons in and around jumping surfaces, foam pits, and other activity areas
-Work as a team with other court monitors and Altitude Trampoline Park employees

COURT MONITOR JOB DESCRIPTION
The Court Monitor Staff reports directly to the Team Leader, Manager and to the Director of Altitude Trampoline Park.
Court Monitors are expected to:
  • You make sure the Park is active and safe
    • Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner
    • Maintain the safety of patrons in and around the jumping surfaces and foam pits
    • Remain alert and use all senses while court monitoring
    • Complete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to the supervisor
    • Work as a team with other court monitors during special events
  • You make sure the attractions are fun!
    • Smile and talk to the customers
    • Play and engage with the kids
    • Be courteous with the customers, explain "the why" behind the rules when enforcing them
  • You are the Park Inspector
    • Communicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the Team Leader, Manager and to a Director of Altitude Trampoline Park
    • Record equipment inspections
    • Perform routine maintenance on the park attractions
  • You will be the Park's first responder
    • Respond to an emergency by blowing your whistle loudly three times to get management attention and other help
    • Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate to your training. First Aid is to be administered by the Facility Supervisor UNLESS it is LIFE THREATENING. Never give anyone medication. Recommend that all injured patrons seek professional medical attention. Complete all injury reports in black and blue ink.
    • Do NOT contact 911- Manager on duty will make this call
    • Do NOT discuss ANY injuries or medical treatment with anyone on or off duty. This is a HIPPA violation and immediately makes you liable.
    • Clear the immediate trampoline area in the event of an emergency. Do not move any injured person.
  • Be Responsible
    • Attend ALL scheduled shifts and staff meetings
    • Participate in and help facilitate staff training
    • If unable to work, find a substitute and complete the substitution form
