Join the Crew That Keeps Tenney Moving

Tenney Mountain Resort is a family-owned, revitalized ski destination in the heart of New Hampshire. Since our trails were first carved in 1959, Tenney has been known for its old-school charm, 1,650 feet of vertical, and authentic New England ski culture.

Keep Our Mountain Moving (About the Job)

We're looking for creative, hard-working individuals to join our **Terrain Park Crew**. This team is the heartbeat of Tenney's freestyle experience - designing, building, and maintaining terrain features that challenge and inspire riders of all levels. If you live for powder days, park laps, and shaping snow with purpose, this is your chance to leave your mark on the mountain.

Your Day on the Mountain (Key Responsibilities)

Feature Construction & Maintenance

  • Build, shape, and repair jumps, rails, boxes, and landings
  • Monitor snow conditions and adjust features for safety and flow
  • Perform daily inspections and document maintenance

Guest Safety & Experience

  • Set up signage, fencing, and closures
  • Educate guests on terrain park etiquette and safe riding practices
  • Support ski patrol and respond to incidents when needed

Snow & Equipment Handling

  • Operate hand tools and snow shaping equipment
  • Assist with snowmaking and grooming coordination
  • Maintain tools and report equipment issues

Team Collaboration

  • Communicate with lift ops, grooming, and patrol teams
  • Contribute ideas for park layout and rider progression
  • Help document park status and assist with social media content

Your Mountain Toolkit (Qualifications)

  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs regularly)
  • Basic mechanical or carpentry skills
  • Availability on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Bonus Runs (Preferred Experience)

  • Prior terrain park or ski resort experience
  • Snowboarding or skiing proficiency
  • Familiarity with park tools and snow shaping techniques
  • Experience operating snowmobiles or ATVs

The Perks of the Peak (What You Get)

  • Competitive pay
  • Ski where you work - **mountain access included! **
