In your role as a Licensed Certified Social Worker, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health challenges, social situations, and support systems.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address client issues.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate a multidisciplinary approach to care.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance community connection and support.
• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to help clients navigate acute challenges.
• Document all interactions and therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner to adhere to legal and ethical standards.
