We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representative to support our growing e-commerce, retail, and distribution operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping orders moving smoothly from entry to delivery.

Job Duties/Qualifications:

  • Process incoming orders across multiple platforms, including EDI processing, customer portals, and manual entry from emailed orders
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Excel & Quickbooks
  • Generate shipping labels for small parcel and LTL shipments using Starship
