Role
The Warehouse team is responsible for driving the best possible customer experience through order fulfillment, hand authentication, timeliness, and problem solving. Thinking quick on your feet and persevering through new problems is imperative to this team. As part of this team you will be tasked with doing anything possible to make sure our customers receive their orders and refunds as fast as possible. And if something went wrong ensuring that we are doing everything possible to make it right.
  • Process inbound and outbound items.
  • Hand authenticate valuable collectibles such as Funko Pops, trading cards, etc.
  • Issue buyer's product returns based on defective/damaged items.
  • Managing product inventory.
  • Host Whatnot live streams to liquidate warehouse inventory .
  • Package items with precision and in a timely manner.
  • Good physical endurance and stamina including climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs. Able to twist, pull, push, bend, and stand for lengths of time.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of microsoft office programs used to process orders, manage inventory, and analyze data.
  • Assess then resolve issues utilizing a variety of systems, processes and technology (Asana, Zendesk, CRM, etc,.).
  • Research and investigate new products, listings, sellers and quality concerns.
  • Work with other departments to research and resolve open questions.
  • Collaborate with management to improve systems and supply chain efficiency.
  • Make quick and financially sound decisions around inventory and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company with integrity, honor, and professionalism.
