This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience across modern SaaS platforms, endpoint management, cybersecurity operations, and operational IT support within a growing consulting environment.
The position will work closely with internal IT, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders to support user operations, endpoint administration, SaaS platforms, and operational support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 end-user support across Windows and mobile devices.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding activities, including device setup, user provisioning, and account access updates.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and SaaS platform support activities.
  • Support endpoint provisioning and enrollment activities using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues and escalate more advanced issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain IT inventory records and assist with asset lifecycle activities.
  • Assist with endpoint compliance monitoring, patching activities, and operational security processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support operational audit/compliance activities through documentation and evidence collection as needed.
  • Continuously learn and contribute to process improvements, operational maturity, and support efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications
Required

  • 0-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related technical roles.
  • Foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management concepts such as device enrollment, patching, or endpoint compliance.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and operational processes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, or other endpoint management and SaaS administration platforms.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security concepts such as device compliance, endpoint protection tooling, vulnerability remediation, or operational security processes.
  • Exposure to operational IT environments aligned to ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar security/compliance frameworks.
  • Self-motivated with a strong interest in systems administration, cybersecurity operations, process improvement, and operational maturity initiatives.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred - or equivalent practical experience, technical certifications, or hands-on IT support experience.
