POSITION SUMMARY
Parc is seeking a polished, knowledgeable, and hospitality driven Fine Dining Server to join our front of house team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive, elevated, and personalized service that reflects the standards of our upscale dining environment.
The Fine Dining Server will guide guests through the menu with confidence, demonstrate a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and service etiquette. This position works closely with the entire FOH team to ensure seamless service, guest satisfaction, and the overall success of each service period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with customers, take orders and drinks
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Plan and present menus and drink lists
Execute full dinner and wine service
Know the steps of service
Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Maintain side work throughout all parts of your shift.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years experience in Fine Dining
Resume and proven working experience as a fine dining server
Excellent knowledge of wine, alcohol, and menu items
Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
ServSafe Food Handlers certificate

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Tolerance to Heat and Moisture: Comfort working in hot, steamy kitchen environments with exposure to high temperatures from stoves, ovens, and dishwashers.
