We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who have experience working with children and want to build a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Paraprofessionals, teacher assistants, special education staff, childcare professionals, behavior aides, and others with experience supporting children are encouraged to apply. You don't need to already be an RBT. Tellos provides paid training and support to help qualified candidates become Registered Behavior Technicians.

What You'll Do As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism to help them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

You'll receive ongoing guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while providing individualized ABA therapy in home and community settings.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and life skills
  • Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior-support strategies
  • Collect and accurately document client data and progress
  • Build positive relationships with children and their families
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team
  • Celebrate progress and help children reach meaningful goals

  • Able to reliably travel to client locations with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
