Job description

Associate License/License Eligible Clinician that can perform therapy and Paraprofessional Services.  The position is full time with medical and dental benefits.

LICENSE ELIGIBLE/ASSOCIATE LICENSE-Pay $40,000 to $50,000 a year

POSITION SUMMARY:

This associate licensed (or licensed eligible with approved Masters degree) mental health professional will be able to provide services in the home, community, office, and via tele-health. Conducting intakes, assessments, and providing a full array of individual, family and/or crisis intervention treatment serves. Scheduling of clients will be provided within a flexible 20 to 30-hour work week which will be jointly defined by this therapist and the Clinical Director. Clinical supports from the Clinical Director are available.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Some experience of providing mental health interventions directly to children, youth and families.

· Strong clinical boundaries and compassionate about families improving with the right interventions-Empowerment

· Team Player

· Positive attitude at all times.

· Excellent customer-service skills

· 24/7 availability

· Create and/or maintain collaborative relationship with other child-serving agencies with the service community.

· Complete all professional documentation thoroughly and in a time sensitive manner.

· Knowledge of Family Systems Theory

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Licensed in the State of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • OR Licensed eligible with an approved Masters degree

Certifications/Other:

· CPR/First Aid Certification Preferred

· Applicants must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen, in accordance with local law/regulations

Certifications in evidence-based practice models preferred

Pay Rate determined by education and experience.
