As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite in an environment designed for optimal patient care. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries to assess their functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans using diverse methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to relieve pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and self-care strategies to facilitate recovery and promote independence.
• Document patient progress diligently, tracking responses to treatment and adjusting plans as needed to meet evolving patient goals.
• Engage in regular reassessments to redefine therapeutic objectives, ensuring optimal patient care and recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to streamline patient care and achieve cohesive treatment goals.
• Participate in continued professional development by attending workshops, pursuing additional certifications, and staying abreast of new rehabilitation techniques and research.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid Florida state license to practice physical therapy.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with patients and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic software applications.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, demonstrating compassion and adaptability in treatment approaches.

• While prior experience is valued, recent graduates who demonstrate exceptional skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or manual therapy techniques can be advantageous, contributing to enhanced patient care.
