Lead Private Duty In-Home Caregiver 38962-HH amp;H(AIDE)
In-Home Care Company located in McMurray, PA 15317
Position Summary

We are looking for a passionate and reliable In-home caregiver to assist with the Grand Opening of Paramount In-Home Care, a branch of Paramount Health Resources, Inc. Paramount In-Home Care, based out of McMurray, PA, will focus on providing one-on-one caregiving and companionship services to residents surrounding the South Hills of Pittsburgh with in their private residence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of the following services:
    • Companionship
    • Personal care
    • Reminders
    • Meal prep
  • Report changes and concerns regarding patient supervisor
  • Marketing to referral sources
  • Assist building a stable caseload
Qualifications
  • Experience with geriatric population
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and active driver's license
  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license (helpful, but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
