About the Role:

The Make Ready Technician / Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of the property at Bristol on Union. This position is responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents, ensuring that all aspects of the apartments are clean, functional, and visually appealing. Additionally, the technician will oversee the grounds, ensuring that the outdoor areas are well-kept, safe, and inviting for all residents and visitors. The end result of this role is to enhance resident satisfaction and contribute to a positive living environment. Ultimately, the Make Ready Technician / Groundskeeper helps to uphold the reputation of the property through diligent maintenance and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, cleaning, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping.
  • Familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
