Opportunity Description Fire Recruit is a temporary status for new employees while they complete their requirements to becoming a fully certified Firefighter/Paramedic. Anticipated Opportunity Timeline Dates are anticipated and may be adjusted as the hiring process progresses. August 21-October 11: Applications will be reviewed throughout the posting period, and qualified candidates may receive CPAT invitations prior to the application deadline. Pay Structure This opportunity is non-exempt and budgeted on a Step Plan. Fire Recruit: Starting Annualized Salary of $77,250 Firefighter/Paramedic: $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus.
