Job description

Full-Time Paramedic (Night Shift) $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Join MMT Ambulance, a leading provider of interfacility ambulance transportation for healthcare partners across the region. We are expanding rapidly and seeking compassionate, skilled Paramedics who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
We offer competitive pay, continued education, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment. Limited-Time Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 for Full-Time Paramedics on dedicated night shifts.
Key responsibilities:
  • Provide basic and advanced life support (BLS/ALS) within the Paramedic scope of practice
  • Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles in compliance with state and local regulations
  • Deliver competent, compassionate patient care in a variety of clinical and transport settings
  • Effectively apply EMS protocols and procedures in various situations
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, healthcare personnel, and team members
  • Document patient care accurately using our electronic charting system
  • Assist fellow EMS providers and provide thorough handoff reports
  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness and restock supplies as needed
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct and a commitment to patient care and safety
Required qualifications:
  • Current Paramedic certification/license (state-specific requirements apply)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Physical demands:
