JOB SUMMARY:

The Paramedic in a Menโ€™s Sexual Health Clinic provides advanced medial support and patient care services in a specialized clinical setting. This role involves assisting physicians with medical procedures and administering treatments and medications. The Paramedic will also play a key role in patient monitoring, ensuring the highest standards of care and maintaining patient confidentiality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

ยท Conduct initial assessments, including taking vital signs and physicals and reviewing patientsโ€™ medical history.

ยท Assist with or perform diagnostic procedures such as blood draws and blood pressure intakes.

ยท Administer medications and treatments under the supervision of a physician.

ยท Ensure that clinic equipment and supplies are maintained and sanitized according to procedures and protocols. Assist in the preparation of exam rooms and procedure areas.

ยท Accurately document all patient interactions, treatments administered, and patient concerns in the patient chart.

ยท Work closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring that each patient receives personalized and professional attention.
