About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented, quality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Quality Manager to lead the execution of quality and food safety strategies while driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership teams, partnering across functions to ensure quality systems support safe, efficient, and scalable operations.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Lead end-to-end quality and food safety program execution, ensuring compliance with SQF, HACCP, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage audit readiness and regulatory compliance, overseeing documentation, training, and timely resolution of findings
  • Lead nonconformance and corrective action processes, including root cause analysis for customer complaints and internal quality issues
  • Develop organizational capability by delivering training programs that build quality and food safety awareness across teams
  • Serve as the primary quality contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring timely resolution of quality concerns
  • Maintain accurate quality systems and documentation, supporting consistency across operations and compliance requirements
  • Support forecasting, risk assessments, and business planning through data insights and performance analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on new product introductions, capital projects, and enterprise quality initiatives
  • Coordinate inspections, audits, and regulatory reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and operational readiness

The Essentials
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, food safety standards (SQF, HACCP), and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
