What You'll Do

As a Crepe Operator, you'll play an important role in the production process by operating equipment that transforms tissue paper into crepe paper used in downstream converting operations.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Set up and operate crepe machines according to production requirements.
  • Load and unload tissue paper rolls safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machine performance and perform routine operational checks.
  • Transport finished crepe rolls to converting lines.
  • Inspect and maintain roll carts to ensure safe operation.
  • Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence.
  • Identify and address potential safety, quality, or production concerns.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability are a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience
  • Previous machine operating experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable climbing stairs and working on elevated platforms and catwalks.
  • Ability to push and maneuver roll carts weighing up to 500 pounds.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
