Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales
  • Responsable de toda la limpieza basica del interior y exterior de la propiedad
  • Barrer, trapear, aspirar, retirar basura, limpiar, quitar el polvo y pulir
  • La limpieza de banos incluye reabastecer papel higienico y otros dispensadores, vaciar basura, limpiar y desinfectar accesorios, limpiar espejos, limpieza puntual de puertas divisorias y paredes, barrer y trapear pisos de loseta, limpiar inodoros y urinarios, desinfectar areas de alto contacto y quitar el polvo de superficies horizontales y ventilas
  • La limpieza de oficinas incluye mover muebles, aspirar, reacomodar, quitar el polvo y limpiar muebles, vaciar basura y reemplazar bolsas, desinfectar y quitar el polvo de escritorios y telefonos, y quitar el polvo de divisiones de cubiculos y gabinetes
  • La limpieza de areas comunes incluye barrido de polvo, barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos duros y alfombras, limpieza puntual de paredes, desinfeccion de areas de alto contacto, quitar el polvo de ventilas y repisas de ventanas, y limpiar paneles de vidrio

  • Realizar tareas adicionales segun se requiera, incluyendo atencion a areas inundadas, derrames incidentales y trabajos relacionados de limpieza

  • Limpiar alfombras con equipo para pisos
